Another element of coaching that is really important to emphasise is confidentiality. My client list is confidential and I'd never share it with anybody else. People might know that you are working with me, but that information will never come from me.
As you know, I'm a member of the International Coaching Federation. I'm a credentialed Professional Certified Coach. Confidentiality is at the heart of our Code of Ethics and it's a really key ingredient to the trusting relationship that you need in a coaching relationship. You need to know that what's been said has been said to me and to no-one else.
